At Tomorrow Eve LLC, all sales are final. Due to the limited and exclusive nature of our drops, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or other non-defect related reasons.

We carefully curate each piece and encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images thoroughly before making your purchase.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Damaged Item Claims

To be eligible for a damaged item claim, you must:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Email us at vizeleugene@tmrweve.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
    • Description of the issue
  3. Keep all original packaging until your claim is resolved

What Qualifies as Damaged or Defective?

  • Manufacturing defects (stitching errors, material flaws, print errors)
  • Items damaged during shipping (tears, stains, broken components)
  • Items that are significantly different from what was described or shown

What Does NOT Qualify?

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Normal wear and tear after use
  • Minor color variations from product images (screens display colors differently)
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care

DAMAGED ITEM RESOLUTION

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement - We will send you a replacement item if available in stock
  • Store Credit - If the item is sold out, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price
  • Refund - In rare cases where replacement or store credit is not acceptable, we may issue a refund to your original payment method

Please note: Replacement items are subject to availability. Limited edition drops may sell out quickly, and we cannot guarantee replacement availability.


PROCESSING TIME

Once we receive your damaged item claim with all required documentation:

  • We will review your claim within 2-3 business days
  • You will receive an email confirming approval or denial
  • Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.


RETURN SHIPPING FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we require you to return a damaged item:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • You are not responsible for return shipping costs for approved damaged item claims
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or abusive. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Multiple damage claims from the same customer
  • Claims for items that show signs of use or wear
  • Claims with altered or misleading photos
  • Claims made outside the 7-day window without valid reason

Customers who submit fraudulent claims may be banned from future purchases.


EXCEPTIONS

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. In some jurisdictions, you may have additional rights under consumer protection laws.
